      Kai Hamada Hasson is an award-winning director. His 2019 film, ROBU (starring Jharrel Jerome), won the prestigious Governor of Tokyo Award and Best Short Film at the International Short Shorts Film Festival in Japan. In 2020, he was named as a Screenwriter To Watch at the Austin Film Festival. Kai’s shorts, branded content, and music videos have been viewed over one billion times worldwide. Kai was born in Berkeley, California, and has an adventurous dog named Indiana Jones.
