Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, and shaped by her upbringing in a rural town in Georgia, Jiyeon follows in her father's footsteps as a TV documentary producer. Her passion for creative expression through film blossomed over the years, fueled by a decade of experience as a nurse and former Navy nursing officer. She works as an independent filmmaker in both narrative and documentary. She currently resides in Queens, NY.
