A young nurse forms a quiet, meaningful bond with an elderly patient nearing the end of his life, abandoned by his family for reasons unknown. After witnessing his passing, she takes it upon herself to perform his post-mortem care with deep reverence and compassion. As her shift ends, she is left with a quiet, fleeting sense of the circle of life.

      Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, and shaped by her upbringing in a rural town in Georgia, Jiyeon follows in her father's footsteps as a TV documentary producer. Her passion for creative expression through film blossomed over the years, fueled by a decade of experience as a nurse and former Navy nursing officer. She works as an independent filmmaker in both narrative and documentary. She currently resides in Queens, NY.
